The Lagrein Rubeno DOC of Cantina Kellerei Adrian is a wine of great refinement and elegance, suitable for the most important occasions. The grape variety used is 100% Lagrein grape, native to South Tyrol. Vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, in stainless steel containers. They follow accurate pumping over and a maturation with malolactic fermentation in large oak barrels for 6 months.
