The variety of grapes used for its vinification are those of 100% Sauvignon. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature; maturation on fine yeast for six months.

The wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections, a symbol of great youth. The nose expresses beautiful and pleasant herbaceous and vegetal notes of elderberry flowers, nettle, exotic fruit. The taste on the palate is fresh, harmonious, soft and elegant, with good persistence.
