From the vinification of prized and selected 100% pure Friulano grapes. The vineyards come from the Friuli Venezia Giulia DOC area. Vinification The grapes are harvested manually in boxes. After soft pressing and 48 hours of cold maceration on the skins, the must is statically decanted. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Characteristics of this Primosic Winery wine
On organoleptic examination, the wine is an intense and brilliant straw yellow colour. The nose expresses aromas of wild flowers and white fruit. The palate has a good structure, the fruity notes are combined with moderate acidity and good flavour. It closes with the characteristic almond note.
Suggested pairings with this white wine
An excellent wine to accompany San Daniele prosciutto crudo, it goes very well with white meats and soups in broth. The optimal serving temperature is 10° C.
