Wine description
In the iconic Apulian territory of Valle d'Itria, the “land of Trulli” that stretches between the city of Bari and the provinces of Brindisi and Taranto, this Apulian white wine from the Tenute Girolamo winery was born. Pure Fiano grapes are used for its production: after the grapes are picked, they are pressed and then undergo fermentation in steel. The final refinement process requires a 3-month rest in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has a straw-yellow colour; the olfactory notes are reminiscent of aromatic herbs, yellow-fleshed fruit and flowers. On the palate it is dry but pleasantly structured.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian white wine
Perfect with fish dishes or appetisers. Serve at a temperature of 12 C°.
