Wine description
This Apulian white wine from Tenute Girolamo Winery is made from pure Verdeca grapes grown in the company's vineyards in Valle d'Itria, the land of Trulli located between Bari and the provinces of Brindisi and Taranto. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing with subsequent fermentation in steel. The final ageing phase takes place in the bottle and requires a period of 3 months.

It has a brilliant yellow colour. The olfactory notes are fruity and floral giving a certain liveliness to the olfactory profile. On the palate it is fresh and enveloping.
