A mono-varietal wine with a 100% pure Pinot Blanc base. The age of the vineyard is 25 years and reaches a yield of 45 hectoliters per hectare of vineyard. The training system is Guyot according to the company tradition. This white wine reaches a sugar residue of 2.5 grams per liter. The vinification, after the harvest of the grapes which takes place after a careful selection in the vineyard in the period of September, when fully ripe, involves the soft pressing of the berries and then the fermentation of the must with natural yeasts and finally the refinement for 8 months in large wooden tanks. The vineyard rises at an altitude between 550-600 meters above sea level. Facing east and the terrain is mainly calcareous with cones of glacial origin, pieces of dolomitic rock.

The organoleptic examination shows an intense straw yellow aspect for this wine of the Trentino tradition. The scent on the nose is expressed with a delicate bouquet that ranges from fruity notes of apple to a delicate hint of herbs that denotes youth and freshness. The taste is striking for its elegant fullness, minerality and lively acidity that flows into persistent freshness.

Its enveloping taste is terrfic with appetizers, pasta, risotto and fish. The serving temperature is 12°C.
