Pinot Bianco DOC GIRLAN

This wine is composed by an international variety that found in Trentino its optimal collocation. Girlan winery created this wine, that praises the denomination Alto Adige DOC, with 100% Pinot Blanc grapes. The vineyards are cultivated in the classic area of Cornaiano, on the hills of Oltradige, where the lands reach 500 meters elevation. The soils are mainly composed by minerals, created by sediments that date to the glacia era. The manual harvest is followed soft pressing and elimination of lees through the natural sedimentation of the must. The fermentation is managed at controlled temperature in steel containers, where it is developed the aging too.

The organoleptic aspect shows a light straw yellow colour full of green reflections. Its scent is delicate and aromatic, recalling apple flowers, pear, fruits and minerals. The taste is fresh, fruity and persistent.

It is suggested with appetizers, white meat and fish. It has to be served at 12°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
