Description du vin
Single variety wine-making with 100% Schiava grapes. It has the classic denomination Alto Adige DOC. The vineyards are cultivated near Cornaiano, where the lands reach 500 meters above the sea level. The soils are composed by minerals that are the result of the sediments of the glacial era. The manual harvest is followed by the elimination of stalks and the fermentation at controlled temperature in steel containers. After the malolactic fermentation starts the aging, developed in concrete containers for at least 5 months.
