This Extra Dry label is able to enchant and involve even the most demanding palates in the tasting. The grape variety used is 100% pure Glera. The origin of the vineyards in the area of Valdobbiadene. The harvest takes place from mid-September to mid-October. The vinification takes place with soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must at controlled temperature; The fermentation takes place with the Charmat method with refermentation in autoclave, special pressure-tight containers and at controlled temperature.

 

Characteristics of this Prosecco Extra Dry

On the organoleptic test the wine has a brilliant straw-yellow color enlivened by the perlage. The scent is rich and gives off fruity notes of pear and apple fade into floral with a hint of citrus and a fresh and rich aromatic sensations. The taste in the mouth is soft and enveloping at the same time dry thanks to a good level of acidity.

A valuable Valdobbiadene, excellent as an aperitif, accompanies soups of legumes and seafood and pasta with delicate sauces of vegetable ragout. The optimal serving temperature is 6 ºC in a high and tapered glass.
