Wine description
Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Cartizze of Foss Marai Winery is produced with carefully selected grapes and harvested by hand at the moment of their perfect ripeness. The bunches brought into the cellar are subjected to soft pressing and then carried out alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. It is made from Glera of Valdobbiadene grapes, grown in the hilly area of Cartizze.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color; the nose there is an intense floral scent of wisteria and rose. In the mouth it is rich and resumes the floral olfactory notes.

This Cartizze Foss Marai is suitable for dishes based on shellfish, excellent as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC in a slender glass.
