Foss Marai’s Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry Millesimato "Nadin" is produced with strictly Glera grapes harvested in the area of Valdobbiadene, carefully selected and harvested by hand at the time of their perfect ripeness. The bunches brought into the cellar are subjected to soft pressing and then carried out alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature. The maturation takes place in closed tank for 6 months.
