From the vinification in purity of grapes of the Ribolla Gialla vine. The origin falls in the area near Gorizia which extends south from the hilly area and borders to the east with the Triestine karst and to the west with the Judrio river descending towards the Adriatic Sea and the Grado Lagoon. Soft pressing of the grapes is required for the vinification. This is followed by fermentation in steel and aging for at least 2 months in an autoclave.
