The Primitivo di Manduria “Primo Duca” of the Winery Mediterraneana is a red wine barricaded produced in Apulia, in the area of Salento. After the grape harvest, the grapes are pressed and undergo maceration of 8-10 days, then after pressing, the flower must is fermented in thermoconditioned vats. After fermentation, the wine is poured and centrifuged again, and finally follows the refinement in oak barrels. The Primitivo di Manduria DOP of Mediterranean Wine Cellar is a red wine barricaded produced in Puglia, in the area of Salento. After the grape harvest The grapes are pressed, ammostate and undergo a long maceration of 15-20 days. The fermentation takes place in thermoconditioned vats. After draining and pressing, the wine is poured again, finally fining in oak barrels.
