This Apulian red wine from the Polvanera winery comes from 100% Primitivo grapes grown at the Marchesana di Gioia del Colle vineyard in the province of Bari. The bunches are harvested mechanically in the second week of September, followed by maceration for a week. Subsequently, the fermentation takes place in steel for another 7 days at a temperature of 25 ° C. The final phase of affinamente requires aging in steel for 6 months and for another 3 months in the bottle.
