Description du vin
From the vinification of selected Müller Thurgau grapes, the most representative quality of Trentino. The provenance of these highly prized vines finds optimal conditions in the wine-growing areas above 500 m around the spa town of Merano. The vinification involves cold maceration for about 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the lees for 5 months follows.
Muller Thurgau Festval’s features
A greenish yellow colour. The scent is aromatic with notes of nutmeg, aromatic herbs and lemon balm. The taste has a soft and elegantly aromatic flavor with a fresh, well-structured acidic tone.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Muller Thurgau
Excellent with light appetizers, grilled freshwater fish, fresh cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
