The Cabernet Franc of Winery Tenuta Luisa, located in Mariano del Friuli, is a red wine that comes from 100% Cabernet Franc. One of the oldest grape varieties grown in Corona whose land rich in iron and aluminum give a refined and delicate minerality. The vinification is preceded by maceration of 15 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 8 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 3 months.
