Description du vin
Vinification involves Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara grapes, from suitable hillside vineyards in the Bardolino area, on Lake Garda. The origin of the vines lies in the province of Verona, in Veneto. Selected grapes are harvested directly in the vineyard hand. Then follow soft pressing, maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Bardolino Classico DOC Campagnola’s features
A ruby red color tending to cherry. The scent is fresh, vinous, fruity. The taste has a dry, harmonious, lively flavor with a slight bitter aftertaste.
