Wine description
Secondo Marco's Valpolicella DOC Classico is made with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes as well as a small percentage of native grapes. After the manual harvest, the must ferments, macerating for 2 weeks in contact with the skins. Subsequently it passes 6 months in concrete tanks and then 6 months in large barrels.
Characteristics of this red wine
On the organoleptic examination this wine shows a lively ruby red color and olfactory notes that refer to hints of black cherries. In the mouth it is fresh, savory and with a good drink.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this red wine
Try it with meat dishes, such as grilled pork chop. To be served at a temperature of 18°C in a not very large glass.
