For the selection line, the Kellerei Adrian winery produces this sensational and refined Chardonnay wine, vinifying the grape variety 100% with selection of the best berries at the right level of ripeness. The vinification process involves the fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature, the maturation on fine yeast for six months and a subsequent period of rest in stainless steel tanks.

The organoleptic analysis of the wine shows a straw yellow color, the aroma is characterized by a fruity and intense bouquet with hints of ripe bananas and tropical fruits. The taste is fresh, structured and harmonious, good persistence.
