Wine description
In Hofstatter’s Chardonnay, after the strictly manual harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and the grapes are lightly pressed. The must ferments in steel containers, and always in steel, the wine remains to age for a few months on the lees, until it is decided to proceed with the bottling operations.
Characteristics of this white wine
The wine has a straw yellow color, with light greenish reflections. The nose feels delicate, subtle and scented by a mainly fruity soul. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, slender and drinkable, with a fresh and fragrant sip.
Serving suggestions tasting Chardonnay
Excellent with fish dishes also structured. Serve at 10ºC in glass not too wide.
