Verdeca Salento VERAMORE DUE PALME

This white wine from the Apulian winery Due Palme is born from the use of pure Verdeca grapes. The vineyards are located on deep, medium-textured soils with a conspicuous presence of calcareous rubble. The bunches are harvested manually during the manual harvest and then pressed; fermentation in steel follows at a temperature of 15°C. The refinement takes place in steel and finally in the bottle.

Characteristics of this Verdeca wine

It has a bright straw yellow color and an olfactory bouquet reminiscent of white pulp fruit such as apple, pear and peach but also floral notes of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly harmonious, with a long finish.

Daq try seafood risottos, grilled fish, fried and raw seafood. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
