Weinbeschreibung
The Valpolicella Toar of Masi represents a new concept of Valpolicella; In addition to the traditional Corvina and Rondinella grapes is also added Osoleta, an autochthonous vine rediscovered by Masi, which is characterized by character and structure. It is thus obtained, thanks to the 14 months in wood, a Valpolicella that combines the innate elegance, body and complexity
Characteristics of Valpolicella Classico Superiore "Toar"
Intense ruby red with violet reflections, the nose returns to the typical notes of red berries and traces of vanilla. In the mouth it is fruity, warm and dry, with smooth tannins and good acidity.
Recommended pairings tasting this product of Cantina Masi
Excellent with roasts, grilled meats, game and semi-aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 15 ºC in a fairly large glass.
