From 100% Glera grapes vinification in purity. The origin is the classic one of the Veneto Valdobbiadene area. Harvest is done exclusively by hand and in the box from the end of September to the first days of October. Vinification involves the selection and light pressing of whole grapes with static and racking of the musts for about eight hours. Finally, the sparkling process is carried out with the classic Martinotti or Charmat method.
