This sparkling wine is expertly assembled in the Canevel cellar in the Veneto region. The grape variety used for its blend is 90% Glera, and 10% Verdiso. The origin of the grapes falls within the Veneto region in the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG, the most suitable area for the sparkling wine making of Glera grapes. Vinification involves the traditional method in white, through soft pressing. The sparkling process in autoclave at a controlled temperature according to the Charmat or Martinotti Method.

A bright straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. Perfume has intense notes and aromas of white flowers and fruit such as green apple. Elegant fruity notes with intense and delicate aromas of wild berries and hints of rose. The taste has a lively and pleasant foam and a refreshing acidity. Excellent persistent finish.
