From the vinification of 100% pure Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes. The origin of the vineyards lies in the areas of S. Martino s. Marrucina 400 mt. - Loreto Aprutino 350 mt. - Ripa Teatina at 250 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place in the middle decade of September. With the grapes at the perfect level of ripeness. The vinification involves the static decantation of the must after destemming and soft pressing; controlled cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel.
