Weinbeschreibung
From the vinification of Teroldego grapes. The origin is the classic one of the Morei vineyard owned by the Foradori farm located in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. Vinification in tinajas (amphorae) on the skins for 8 months, then the wine spends 12 months in cylindrical vats without skin.
Teroldego Morei Cilindrica Foradori’s features
An intense ruby red colour. The scent is elegant and delicate, with hints of macerated cherries, berries, aromatic herbs, earth and ash. The taste is tasty, mineral, fresh, fruity, agile and juicy, with great balance.

A wine that goes perfectly with second courses of red meat, grilled or braised, first courses based on tomato sauce and aged cheeses. Excellent with risotto in pork sauce. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ° C.
