Weinbeschreibung
Sauvignon DOP is a white wine from Trentino Alto Adige. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. It skillfully combines the ancient winery techniques with the most modern technology, in order to obtain the best results.
Characteristics of Sauvignon DOP
Yellow almost greenish colour. Very intense herbal bouquet. Fresh and decisive taste with green pepper and gooseberry notes.
Recommended pairings while tastingthis Sauvignon DOP
It should be served in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of 10-12°C. It’s an excellent aperitif and it can be paired with fish dishes, snail and onion soup and asparagus.
