For this sensational Prosecco the Zonin Technicians vinifie the Glera grapes alone. All the vines used for its production are bred within the corporate scope of the Veneto. The vinification requires that the grapes are subjected to a delicate pressing and a soft pressing to extract only the best quality must. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for a fraction of the must while the remaining is stored at 0°C until the moment of foaming takes place in containers suitable for maintaining a pressure of about 5 atmospheres.
Characteristics of this Prosecco Extra Dry
The appearance of the wine has a light straw yellow color. White and fine foam with very thin perlage. The aroma is pleasantly intense, very fruity, aromatic with hints of jasmine flowers, Renetta apple and white peach. The taste is fresh and very pleasing with a slight note of sweet almond, typical of Prosecco grapes.
