This is the most classic and renowned among the sparkling wine. The extra Dry of Zardetto is produced by the grapes coming from the Treviso hills. In this area the Glera grapes are historical. It is characterized by a good structure given by the moraine territories with an elegant sugary aroma. The DOC Treviso Prosecco denomination is the classic one and it is made by 100% Glera grapes. The production area is wide and it consists in the DOC hill Prosecco area and in the north east one compared to Conegliano. The harvest takes place in the first half of September.
Characteristics of the spumante Extra Dry Zardetto
It has a light straw yellow color with a round, lively and persistent perlage. It has a wide floral bouquet very refined and complex with fine citrons aromas. The taste is soft, round and balanced between dryness and acidity.

The spumante DOC Treviso Extra Dry di Zardetto is perfect with desserts. It is perfect also as appetizer. It has to be served in a high and tapered wine glass at 7°C.
