The Bio DOCG sparkling wine Zardetto is born from the vines located on the east side of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills. These vines and their production represent the most renowned Prosecco in the world, and the Cavalier Bio DOCG is denominated its lucky ambassador. It is simple, fragrant, light perfect for convivial moment and for appetizer. The biologic certification is given by the Codex an internationally renowned organism authorized by the EU and by the agrarian Minister. The DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene is made by 100% Glera grapes. The cultivation area is closer to the Conegliano and Refrontolo hamlets. The manual grape harvests takes place in September.
Characteristics of the Prosecco Bio of Zardetto
It is a bright wine, with a yellow color and green reflections. It has a round perlage which is also fine and persistent. The aroma is fragrant and rich, with a fresh aroma of grass. It has some almond and bread crust hints. The fruity aroma reminds the wood strawberries, the green apple, the pear and the citrons.

It has to be served at 9°C in a high and tapered wine glass. It is a very fresh and polyvalent wine. It is perfect with the grilled chicken. It is also perfect as appetizer with both salty and sweet snacks.
