The Collavini winery produces this sensational 100% pure Pinot Grigio wine. The origin is that of the lands of San Floriano del Collio, Gorizia, Cormòns and Mossa. All the vines are raised within the company. The harvest takes place in the month of September. The vinification provides that the grapes, harvested at full ripeness, is immediately pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 2 weeks at a temperature of 14-16°C. Aging and aging on noble yeasts until spring.

The organoleptic analysis of this wine shows a pale straw yellow color with vague copper reflections. The bouquet is varietal and floral with sweet citrus returns. The taste on the palate is slightly aromatic and acidic, but at the same time soft, savory and elegant.
