Wine description
This Fumin of the Anselmet Winery is an elegant and refined wine obtained with pure Fumin grapes grown at 800 meters above sea level, on loamy soils. The whole vinification takes place in barriques with fermentation for 25 days and aging for 18 months.

The organoleptic examination shows a brilliant ruby red color; the nose predominates hints of red fruits while in the mouth it is balanced and structured, with a nice freshness.

It is a very versatile wine, ideal with appetizers, main courses of meat and aged cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 18°C in a fairly large glass.
