From the vinification in purity of 100% pure Pinot Noir grapes. This refined wine from Castello di Pomino from Tuscany "Pinot Nero" is characterized by an extreme elegance, with a delicate fruity bouquet of cherry and wild strawberries and floral violet. The origin of the grapes is the classic one of the Tenuta del Castello di Pomino di Frescobaldi, Rùfina. The maceration for the vinification takes 23 days. Then follows the malolactic fermentation which is carried out immediately after the alcoholic one. Finally the refinement in French oak barriques for 12 months. A further 4 months in the bottle follow.

Upon organoleptic examination, this sensational Tuscan wine shows a clear aspect in the glass and a delicate ruby color. The nose perfume offers an explosion of fruity aromas with a prevalence of cherry and blackberry, well blended with the hints of cinnamon and cloves and with notes of tobacco and roasting. The taste in the mouth is fresh, and when tasted the wine shows good persistence, the soft tannins and the aftertaste of berries leave a pleasant harmonious effect with the olfactory sensation.
