CREMES Langhe DOP Gaja

This “Langhe Rosso DOC” produced by Gaja is the result of a blend composed by 50% Dolcetto and 50% Pinot Noir. Each wine that Angelo Gaja creates is synonym of quality and excellence. In fact, “Langhe Rosso DOC Cremes” is one of its excellent creations. It rests for some months in wooden barrels before the bottling.

The organoleptic analysis reveals a deep ruby red colour full of purple reflections. Its perfume is rich and recalls currant, black cherry and strawberry. The taste is balanced, elegant and pleasant, with a final persistence that closes on almond.
