Descrizione del vino
100% Merlot grapes create a wine that is a symbol for Maculan winery. The vineyard is located on the hills of Breganza, in Veneto, as the tradition of the family wants. The lands here are characterized by volcanic and plains full of gravel. Careful wine making: manual selection, soft pressing and immediate separation of the skins, no maceration. The aging lasts for three months and it is managed in steel.
Features of the excellent wine produced by Maculan winery
The colour of this wine recalls the pink nuance of peach tree flowers. The scent is intense and fruity, with hints of litchi. The taste is rich structured and balanced.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this wine Rosé
Perfect with pasta, “risotto” dressed with tomato sauce with meat or seafood and with grilled or baked fish. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, wide wine glass.
