Wine description
This wine is a symbol of the Maculan winery. It is produced with 100% Sauvignon, cultivated in the area of Ferrata in the district of Breganze, in Veneto. Here the volcanic soils are rich of tuff. A careful selection of the grapes is followed by cold maceration and soft pressing. The aging, that closes the wine making process, is managed for six months in steel.
Features of the white wine “Ferrata Sauvignon”
This sensational wine shows a light straw yellow colour. Its scent is rich and intense, with sensations of mature fruits, saffron and peach. The taste is rich and balanced, with hints of mint and tropical fruits. Great persistence.
