This sensational label by Maculan is a blend composed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot coming from the best vineyards with low level of production. The first variety comes from Ferrata, while the second one is cultivated in the vineyard Villa Elettra, in Veneto. The volcanic hills are characterized by soils full of tuff. Manual harvest with careful selection of the bunches, fermentation in small containers made of steel and 8 days maceration. The aging is developed in new barriques for a period that lasts one year.
Features of the red wine “Fratta”
