Weinbeschreibung
The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo of Casal Thaulero is made from native Abruzzo grapes. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a short contact with the skins, is fermented at low temperature.
Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo "BORGO THAULERO" DOP's features
This Cerasuolo has a bright cherry red color with hints of black cherry and pink. A fresh and harmonious wine.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Casal Thaulero winery
Perfect with appetizers and fish soups. To try with pizza. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC in a glass not very wide.
