Pecorino Spumante Brut "VOILÀ"'s features
Voilà a sparkling wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish nuances, fine-grained perlage. The taste is strong and enveloping, marked mineralita', pleasantly fresh, complex and balanced structure. Complex and fragrant, clear hints of bread crust, floral notes of jasmine and broom and balsamic sage.
