From the harvest of pure Barbera grapes from the vineyards of Agliano Terme, this red wine from the Piedmontese winery Agostino Pavia is born. The vineyards are the real protagonists of the process that leads to the birth of these Piedmontese wines, a true expression of the terroir to be found in the glass. Winemaking requires maceration with the pomace for 13-15 days in steel tanks, through frequent reassembling. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at 29-30°C and malolactic fermentation by December. The refinement takes place in steel with periodic decanting until September of the year following the harvest, with a further period of another 5 months in the bottle.

It has a deep ruby red color with purple highlights. The olfactory bouquet is intense, with warm, vinous olfactory notes reminiscent of plum, raspberry, and juniper. On the palate it is structured, with a pleasant drink. The aftertaste is spicy and with hints of red fruit.
