The Alta Langa Zero Riserva Pas Dosé Rosé de Saignée DOCG is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested by hand in vineyards at an average altitude of 450 meters above sea level, where the vines find an important availability of minerals. Second fermentation in bottle, which provides a rest on the lees of at least 36 months before disgorgement.
