From the vinification of 100% pure Aglianico grapes. The origin is the classic one of the Municipality of Barile, in the province of Potenza; here the soils, formed by the erosion of a lava flow, are very rich in minerals. The vinification takes place in steel tanks for about 25 days. 12 months in French oak barrels of I and II passage or tonneau. Refinement in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months.
