Wine description
Vincastro Bianco, from Umbria, is a white wine made from 50% Grechetto and 50% Trebbiano grapes. Bunches are harvested and put in wooden cases. Then grapes get pressed in order to produce must to which autochthon yeast is added. Vincastro bottling occurs in February.

It presents a straw yellow colour and it offers a fruity and subtle taste.
