The Grechetto Umbria IGT from the Colpetrone winery is produced with Grechetto and Chardonnay grapes. The bunches are harvested manually and then subjected to soft pressing; the must thus obtained first of all undergoes a cold decantation phase and subsequently a fermentation between 12-15°C. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the refinement takes place in contact with the lees for a duration of 3 months.

At the organoleptic examination this Umbrian wine shows a deep straw yellow color; on the nose hints of acacia flowers predominate while on the palate it has a nice persistence and looks like a fresh and savory wine.
