Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG is a red wine from Umbria region. Grapes that give life to this wine are 100% Sagrantino. Bunches are harvested and put in wooden cases. Then grapes get destemmed and carefully pressed. After a 20 days fermentation, wine is moved in barriques where refinement takes place for at least 18 months.
