This wine praises the denomination Montecucco Vermentino DOC. It is a blend produced with 85% Vermentino and 15% Grechetto. The new vineyards are located 300 meters above the sea level on soils with different expositions and different composition, that gives the plants the best habitat to grow up. The wine-making is managed in 40hl barrels made of oak, where the wine ages for 12 months. At least 6 months maturation in the bottle.

The aspect shows a straw yellow colour. Its scent expresses summer sensations that recall broom and mediterranean spices that evolve in sweet aromas characterized by citrus fruits and minerals. The taste is fresh, fragrant, sour and rich.

Excellent for happy hours, it goes on well with fish preparations. You have to try it with sushi and sashimi. It has to be served at 10 max 12°C.
