Wine description
Verementino "Massovivio Ammiraglia" grapes grow inside a terroir characterized by a subsoil composed of cyclopean stones. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest phase, ferment spontaneously in steel containers thanks to the presence of indigenous yeast, also making a partial cryo-maceration. Aging only in steel for 4 months.
Characteristics of this white wine
It has a golden color. The aromas that surround the nose are refreshing and intense, with sensations that recall fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is light and very drinkable, with a nice savory texture.
Abbianamenti recommended tasting Vermentino Tuscany
Perfect with stewed or steamed fish, or in combination with semi-matured cheeses. Serve at 10°C in a glass not very wide.
