The Talò line of the Salento San Marzano winery proposes this IGP wine. The white vineyard of the rare “Verdeca” is vinified in a refined process with a cold pre-maceration for 6/8 hours and a following alcoholic fermentation is French oak barrels. Finally, there are further 3 months of French oak barrels aging with several batonnage. The density is 3000 trees per hectare and the vineyard is located in the San Marzano hamlet, in Salento, Puglia. They are located at 100 meters above the sea level. There are thermal excursion and the structure of the soil is medium-fine. It can keeps its characteristics for 2 years.

It has a straw yellow color with garnet reflections. The smell has white flowers and vanilla aromas. The taste is fresh and mineral with a good sapid persistence.
