From pure Turbiana grapes from the hilly area near Brescia comes this white wine from the Cantina Perla del Garda. The grapes harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September are subjected to soft pressing and undergo the first fermentation in steel at a temperature of 15°C for about 10 days. Following the stay in steel, the second fermentation takes place with permanence on the yeasts for a minimum of 40 months.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
The wine has a straw-yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet recalls floral and fruity notes, yeast and bread crust. The palate is pleasantly fresh and slightly savoury.

Best served with earthy first courses and fish-based main courses. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C.
