Wine description
Spumante Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG by Sant'Orsola is made from 100% Brachetto with grapes fermented in closed tanks as per the Martinotti method.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine
A ruby red colour tending to garnet with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose shows good intensity and elegance, decidedly disposed on notes of red rose. The palate is enveloping soft and delicate.

Excellent with desserts or pastry biscuits. To be served at the temperature of 8ºC in thin glass.
